Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Intent (timeintent.co), operated by Oleksandr Dordiuk (JDG, Poland) ("Intent", "we", "us").
Description of Service
Intent provides a booking verification layer for B2B consultants and agencies ("Agencies"). We allow Agencies to securely collect payment method authorizations ("SetupIntents") from their clients before a meeting.
Agency Responsibilities & Merchant of Record
2.1. Intent is a software infrastructure provider. The Agency acts as the Merchant of Record for all no-show penalty charges initiated through our platform.
2.2. The Agency is solely responsible for legally establishing the right to charge their clients for no-shows, handling refunds, and managing chargebacks and disputes. Intent takes 0% commission on penalty charges and is not a party to the financial transaction between the Agency and the client.
2.3. You agree not to use Intent for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices.
Intent as a Technical Intermediary
3.1. Intent is a technology platform only. We provide the infrastructure that enables Agencies to collect card authorisations from their clients. We are not a party to any agreement, service arrangement, or financial transaction between an Agency and their client.
3.2. When you interact with a booking page created via an Intent Link, you are entering into a commitment with the Agency that provided the link — not with Intent. Intent has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the quality, legality, or fulfilment of any services offered by that Agency.
3.3. Intent does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Agency using our platform. Any disputes regarding the quality of a meeting, a refund, or a no-show charge must be resolved directly between you and the Agency.
Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial
Intent offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Intent operates on a subscription basis ($79/month for Pro, $149/month for Agency). By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. For EU residents, statutory consumer rights apply, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase where the service has not yet been fully performed.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost leads, or business interruption.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or use the platform maliciously.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
